Leading IDEA: Culturally Adaptive Leadership (CAL 1)

The Program targets employees with responsibilities to lead an organizational initiative, such as Anti-racism, Diversity or Employment Equity.  These employees are typically at the executive levels. The Program has 4 modules:

  • Session 2 –Building Intercultural Competence
  • Session 2 –Employment Equity
  • Session 2 –Human Rights Framework
  • Session 2 –Leading Change

By completing the CAL 1 program, you will be equipped to:

  • Foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment.
  • Lead and manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Make data-driven decisions that promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Champion cultural competency within your organization.
